Ever fallen asleep on the couch when company is over?

Don’t deny it.
You fit into one of two categories:
* Either you’re disciplined and lay in bed every night to go to sleep.
* You’re like me and you fall asleep on the couch watching TV, and THEN wake up at some point and go to bed.
It’s not so bad, except for night’s like yesterday when we had company over.
We’re watching TV, having a good time, and BOOM.
I’m passed OUT.
I wake up an hour later — TV is still on, but everyone is gone.
So what’s the point of this story?
To me, falling asleep on the couch when you have company over is a bit embarrassing, but doesn’t matter in the long run.
But what about falling asleep on your BUSINESS.
Letting your knowledge get stale.
Not learning how to get traffic, leads, and sales on a daily basis.
THAT can be devastating.
But as you know, I have an easy way to avoid those problems.
