If you’re parent, especially one with young kids, you’ll have sitations where you have to use a “because I said so!” or something similar to make a point when they misbehave. One thing you can do is take a step back from that moment of frustration and try to see things through their eyes. It will help you better understand their perspective and WHY they behave the way they do. How does this apply to business? The same thing applies to your customers and your prospective customers. If you ever wondered why they’re not opening your emails or buying your product, try seeing things through their eyes.
